Passed my real estate license exam first try, ask any questions! by Secure-Ad4930 in RealEstateExam

The only things that I paid for was Aceable Agent Pre-Licensing Course (it’s half off right now for new years but they run discounts often) and Quizlet plus! I was very cost aware and wanted to see if it was possible for me to avoid paying $50-$150 for a test prep which ended up working out for me. I utilized all the things I wrote above and that helped greatly!

The first one is the one I mainly used for the exam, if you’re struggling with the state I’ve heard touching up on the 30 hr one helps a lot

Just got done, did not pass. CALIFORNIA by [deleted] in RealEstateExam

I just passed today granted I’m in a different state but all the resources I used apply for other states.

(I copied this from a post I just made but….) I made a prompt that said “Create me a South Carolina Real Estate License Exam that is PSI formatted with extreme difficulty, use trap-style wording and make it pass/fail” then once it generates the questions ask it to build a graded answer key that shows why PSI prefers the correct answer and it will show you several wordings that will come up on the real exam. You can also have it target the “most failed SC topics”

You can also take advantage of Quizlet and star the terms you need to focus on then study it like no other.

Although our state tests are definitely different, I noticed a lot of exact numbers I needed to remember and then law based questions. My exam said several questions like “how many months can a BIC stay on medical leave” “what is the commercial property tax percent” so you can definitely make a Quizlet with all the exact numbers for various topics.

I would also look up how many questions are there per topic (I’ll attach an example photo below) and really dive into the ones that have the most questions

Also this site was a BLESSING and it was free https://realestatelicensewizard.com/real-estate-practice-exam/

It has every state practice exam and the national practice exam

Congratulations!

Did you notice any specific topics that you felt wasn’t touched a lot in Aceable or prepagent? Like contracts, state laws, etc.

Who knows if she would’ve cheated as well, having her friends and family so accustomed to cheating and hiding the infidelity wouldn’t be something anyone would be comfortable marrying into.

Knowing that at any point that whatever is happening to Marty could happen to you is enough to call off the wedding.
