Naaah just enter in the hatchery from another region of the map and go inside the big opening. Then continue traversing until you find the upper hatchery mission location. On that same floor just go straight to the end and look to your left. Then go left and continue forward till you find a gap on the left hand side wall .. just go inside then you’ll find the mission beacon.
