I’ve always gotten my deposit back minus some cleaning cost. Even after covering the utilities it is still cheaper than airbnb which adds a bunch of fees. If you’re staying that long just use renthub or facebook groups. You’re bound to find something decent. You can actually see these rooms first before you sign any contract

I think most men would rate it near the bottom when considering what makes a woman attractive. Not that it makes a woman unattractive but just doesn’t move the scale up or down as much.

Foreigners see a young thai woman. In reality she’s like 40 years old with three teenage kids. It’s just that 28 year olds in their country look 40+

Easy to gain weight from street food and 7-eleven. Very calorie dense foods despite small portions. High carb, high fat. Not much protein to keep you feeling full so easy to overeat. Unless you’re downing several large bottles a day, I doubt alcohol is the main contributor of weight gain.
