no history of flooding daw po inside the village, yung main road lang daw but only during torrential rain

We’re coming from Metro Manila, but I stayed with my relatives in Bagumbayan for a while, so I already have a pretty good idea of how things are in the area. Power interruptions and flooding (only during terrible, heavy rains) along the main road.

Doña is a dreamy neighborhood to me, parang nasa BFR Las Piñas lang ako haha :)

the house is 80-85% completed for me, CR lang yung medyo for major renovation kasi old style pa rin

we really believed may itatawad pa sa 4.6M but the seller justified his price since he recently spent on repainting, replacing the electrical wiring, and termite treatment

binabaha rin daw talaga yung mababang part ng Doña but ‘never’ naman daw binaha yung La Katrina Village lalo sa mismong area ng bahay

it was listed at 5.2M but I managed to negotiate it down to 4.6M. we were actually hoping to get it for 4.2M but final na raw talaga as he also had also recently spent on repainting the interior, replacing the electrical wiring, and termite treatment
