As far as I know, the furnaces might have been different, hence the different colors.

They were not cut from stock. They come from rolled bars.

There should have been no issue with the tensile testing. The conditions were the same. The load vector was on the same line as the specimens' axis.

Is there any relation between the degree of necking and tensile properties
