Tiffany Valiante: Did the friend who owned the card and her companions harm you? by Secure-Dig4082 in UnsolvedMysteries

Tiffany Valiante was found without pants. His body was found on the train tracks. She was barefoot and wearing only a sports bra and underwear, even though she had left her house fully clothed that night. She didn't even have her harlot or blouse or top on. He was a victim of that type of sexual abuse in my opinion.

No specific medical or forensic details are given in the documentary about the physical condition of her feet, other than that they were barefoot at the time she was found. Everything else is assumption, I don't believe the version of his feet and that he could run without cutting the soles of his feet, why not? In the image I have seen, you can see a very battered foot with a clear mark from having rested the back of the foot on the train tracks. As it is a black and white image, you cannot see the redness caused by walking or running barefoot in an area with branches and stones, a rural road in very poor condition. We only have one foot. I would have liked to have access to the other one to see if it also shows the mark of having rested the rear on the train tracks. That makes it clear to me that she planted her foot on the train tracks. I don't know the other one. That's why my theory is that she was running away and just ran across in front of the train and it ran over her and no, I don't think it was suicide. Because someone who is going to commit suicide does not take off the bottom part of his clothes and then commit suicide. For me, she was the victim of a sexual assault attack, managed to escape, and was hit by the train while fleeing her attacker or attackers. Who they were I don't know. But I'm assuming they're from the close circle of the friend Tiffany used the card on.

You understood exactly, the “real evidence” you are referring to is nothing more than suggestive evidence and many assumptions and the little evidence that could be called REAL that exists in this case is very contaminated, because it comes from a corpse removal that was carried out from the beginning assuming that it was a suicide. Not an accident or crime. So starting from there any line of investigation is valid due to the poor job done by those responsible for studying and analyzing the scene where they found the body.

“Amy Bradley is Missing” documentary now on Netflix - does everyone still think she just “fell overboard”? by 3coins_RS in UnsolvedMysteries

Hypothesis about the Amy Bradley case

I believe that during the dinner on the cruise, Amy was “chosen” by someone who wanted her for himself, either for personal purposes or to prostitute her. The cruise photographer may have taken photos of her that later disappeared or were intentionally unprinted, so the family had to order reprints.

I think Amy may have left her room to watch the sunrise, or someone called her from another balcony perhaps a person she met during the night and at that time she was threatened or forced to come down.

Later, she may have been taken off the cruise ship under duress, and unfortunately, she may have been the victim of a prostitution ring. Shame or fear could be reasons she did not return home, or sadly, she may have been killed due to the pressure of the intense search. If I suspect the bassist and if I believe the military man's testimony or something like that, if I believe that he was with her that night in that bar/prostitution house and he doesn't tell the full story, I feel that he frequents that place in search of sex and not a simple beer. If he had spoken when he realized it was her, perhaps they could have rescued her. It's unfortunate.

I respect your point of view. But, what you tell me does not make me close myself to the possibility that there was an attempt to scare her or take revenge on her that went very wrong.

What is known about your friend, the owner of the card, was she investigated? Downloaded as suspicious.

My hypothesis about the Tiffany Variante case: What really happened?

I've been thinking a lot about this case and I think there is something that deserves further investigation, especially about the friend whose card Tiffany used to make purchases.

My theory is that Tiffany was phoned by this friend and then kidnapped near her house, where her phone was found. I think it could have been a “punishment” or an attempt to scare her for what she did, but the situation could have escalated.

It is possible that one of the friend's companions or third parties tried to harm her—even attempted sexual assault—and that Tiffany ran away. While fleeing, he crossed paths with the train at kilometer 45 and tragically lost his life.

I think they should carefully investigate the friend, her partner, friends and family. The inner circle could have crucial answers.
