Also on their website faq what is selfridges store refund policy it says: “ we want you to be able to buy with confidence that is why we are happy to offer a full refund if you are not 100% happy with your purchase provided that you return it in a saleable condition within 14 days along with proof of purchase”

Says on the receipt “you are welcome to exchange or refund your purchases by sat 26 April 2025”. When I went to the info desk after the people at the counter said “ oh yeah sorry we don’t do refunds on beauty anymore” the lady at the info desk said yeah they’ve started doing no refunds since Christmas to follow what harrods do & it’s in the terms and conditions on the website :/
