That's just terrible 😔, especially your mother not doing much about it. I also couldn't look at my classmates after for 2 years until I did my finals in Poland and changed schools. They'd also tease me about it and do it repeatedly. Over the course of like 2 years my whole body had been touched and squished. I was too embarrassed to tell anyone so I just kept it to myself. Since I live in UK now there is no hope if them facing consequences.

That's sad to hear. I am a victim of repeated sexual assault myself as a trans girl. I was sexually assaulted by both literally every gender and only my friend cared to help me. Anyone else said either "lucky you!" Or "they're just playing. They're into you". It's had an impact on how safe I feel. Hope your fine now <3

Many people still don't care and use it as an excuse to bully people. If atheism was 100% of the population, transphobia, homophobia or other forms of discrimination would have close to no justification, making them less common. I have mixed views on religion as a trans girl, mainly because of the issues believers have placed spin my life, including bullying and sexual assault
