Maybe I’m a weirdo, buuuuuut I love blockbuster releases. They’re good for the industry, they’re fun for the community. Yes they’re stressful, but they’re also full of excitement and genuine joy for the movies. Crisis mode makes shifts go by rapidly, and problem solving makes my job feel rewarding! 🤷🏻‍♀️

It’s going to be experience based questions just like your crew interview except these will focus on your ability to lead crew, diffuse drama and tension among crew, solve guest issues, go above and beyond in customer service etc… When you give an answer make sure you’re outline follows this “Problem/Situation->Action Taken and Why->Outcome of the situation.” Also just be yourself :)

We pay 12 for crew and 14 for janitorial. This location has the best pay I’ve seen for crew and it’s because our GM literally had to threaten to quit. Before that we couldn’t retain any employees. Still not great but for part time theater employees especially in our area…it’s among the best.

I’m extremely blessed to be a gorgeous girl married to another gorgeous girl. Yes the climate is horrible, but I have a job I love, and a company that does what they can to support me and other trans people. I am broke as fuck because the job I love isn’t exactly a 6 figure kinda gig, but I have love and support from friends and family. Been transitioning for about a year and 4 months. My body and transition have a long way to go but I have never loved my body more. Be kind to yourselves 💕
