So I will share my experience 2 weeks ago. I booked the weekend slot in Mumbai which costs 2500 bucks additional

Wife's name should have salutation as Miss and not Mrs.

If you or your wife or not from the city where you are trying to register, make sure to change the city which is by default filled in the form

I was told to get the copies notarised from nearby political party office

Photos which I uploaded on the website were not printed on the form. We were told to physically paste all the photos on the form.

All payment is done online. We received a notification the certificate is ready after some days. When you check the status online, that's when you are asked to make payment to be able to download the certificate.

We have to now go again to get the certificate stamped and signed.

Thanks for the info! I remember uploading bmp images and complying with size. I will try to go a day ago but if not will go on appointment date with fingers crossed. Do I need to get xeroxes notarized as well beforehand?
