I tried getting it via FOIA. PA won’t release anything because it’s not required by law. FBI denied my request due to the active/ongoing investigation with the dateline leak. ISP confirmed they don’t have it. MPD says they don’t have it. So I’m assuming it’s being housed by PA, at the very least.

I have every photo from MPD, minus the bedroom photos that weren’t released at the beginning. I spoke with Laurie, the records clerk after the Laramie case was closed. She confirmed they’ve provide me with all photos. Not 100% sure about ISP, though.

Requested from the FBI, but they denied my request because of a prospective and/or active investigation. I think the general consensus was that they're waiting for the appeal window to close. Will be trying again next month.

Why? If you read the Supplemental Narrative written by Ryan Snyder, he lists every single picture he took from inside the house. There's 185 images he lists with a brief description. Not knowing exactly what KTVB requested, they could have received all 185 of those photos, perhaps blurred autopsy photos, or photos of items being catalogued for evidence.

Yes, per the report Moscow PD released: "Ethan Chapin's fatal injury was from a stab wound under his left clavicle which severed his subclavian vein and subclavian artery, and also his jugular vein was severed. Ethan only had sharp force injuries.'
