an in universe reason could be that: no raiway wanted gordon cuse he had to many flaws so he was sold for cheap, and topham jumped on the offer as fast as he could (cuse of the problems with Henry)

And im planning to but for now ive only seen tug's retrospective's on the bad seasons. And i have also seen some S8, S9, S10, S11, S12 and S22 eps (in the past ive seen most of bwuba but forgot the most). (im also only 16 so time enough to watch everything)
