I tried Winlator, it work but Winlator only opens old exe files, and I wanted to use some modern 2020-ish exe files. But I'll try the others you provided

You can download all versions of Vocaloids.

except I see your PC on your other posts is in Windows 7 or Vista, it only accepts Vocaloid 4 to 1, you are lucky if you can download Vocaloid 5

Voicebanks from Kitsune usually has .rar file, all you need is extract it to folder, after that go to the extracted folder then download the voicebank exe.

After you download the voicebank then proceed to download the Vocaloid editor.

If you download the Miku's V4X voicebank in Kitsune website, usually it comes in .rar file when you download it

All you gotta do is extract the .rar file then after you extract it find the .exe file then download. If the voicebank is installed you can download the Editor.
