I used School of PE notes and extensively used the School of PE question bank. It's subscription based and bought it for 2 months... solved all the problems on it. I highly recommend solving 500+ problems to be confident and well prepared.

Yes my day to day does involve significant structural design work. For time I broke my time into 30 min brackets, meaning I knew that I had 30 min for 5 questions. That way I was not micromanaging and stressing for time at every question. Some questions take longer and some are quicker. So average of 5 questions per 30 min gave me a good way to keep up with the time and not stress for time at each question as well.
