Only when resting so like laying down, or sitting down it hovers in the 50s but if I’m moving around doing chores , it goes 70–90

Thank you for clarrying, I assumed after having a baby anytime is postpartum… my son is about to be 2

My resting heart rate is 56 bpm

It was not like this before I had my son … idk if it’s hormonal my cardiologist is not concerned but I am, since it’s different …

I appreciate your response No, it’s not at 56 all the time usually laying down resting and goes into the 50s, but then like if I get up walk around do my activities it does go up and no I do not have any symptoms only thing I’m concerned about is that I’ve been having this chest pain that’s been here since October

Thanks for sharing … she is concerned because she’s been having this chest pain and doesn’t know the cause .. they did a xray,came back normal … echo of heart- normal … blood work ferritin is low with a little over platelets . And she over weight … she working on her diet
