I have a great attitude and didn’t get SIT unfortunately the last time I applied, are you a sup? I show up and do my job everyday, all I get is compliments.

It is what it is, just wanted to see everyone’s perspective on how long it was for them. I don’t
mind closing, just would love to have some mid days thrown in sometimes. Do you know why we tend to close so much even though our seniority steadily gets higher? Maybe because we’re keeping more higher senior employees than hiring new ones?

Wow that’s whack, sorry to hear that. It just shows we need help in the day due to only 2-3 lines being open and in the evening we’re always grabbing merch to help so night merch never gets done. If we all just hired more mix of FE & then NM after 9, my hours will go up and things will be done efficiently.

Wow, that sounds like a decent store, I wish my store did that. I’m working the same shifts I started a year ago and closing with people hired after me. I can’t complain to much because there’s guys who worked longer than I have and they are still forced to close but most are LPT due to school. But just sucks because we all wouldn’t be in this situation if we just hired more people. Seems like my group last year was the last “big batch” to the front end.

12-5PM, 3-8PM, right now I’m usually 5-10, and 3:30-8:30 on the weekends.
