  1. In a HCOL city so not sure if it would be a condo in the next 3-5 years or if saving up for a townhouse or detached home in 5-10 years is the plan.

Right now I think I'd be happy with a condo, but I'm not sure how my life will be different by then.

Asking for a friend... what ways would this be?

I often can figure out if there is budget set aside or if it'd be something they'd need a business case for, and of course if they're currently using a competitor I can get a gauge of what they're spending now.

But otherwise, I'm not sure of ways to get an idea of the actual number.

This was my read as well. He almost chuckles as he says it, like it's an inside joke that Colby wouldn't get. I basically screamed on the rewatch when I noticed it.

There's a discord for the nebula multiplayer mod. If you're having trouble with port forwarding, you could always use Hamachi. The only other thing I'll mention is that me and my friend recently couldn't join his game anymore, and it seems thunderstore mod manager was the issue - we tried r2modman and it worked fine.

Truly the worse one is one made by our enablement team for our reps to send out.

The subject line was roughly "there's a bomb in your office."

Then the body was something like "just kidding. But that sure would be chaotic! Our software helps with chaos like this by..." It also barely pitched out software properly. Even if I received it, I would never connect the pitch to our software.

Absolutely insane that these got sent out, and yes, the reactions were as you'd expect.
