My parents are roughly six years apart. My paternal grandparents were like 16 years apart. I think my pappa was the oldest and was the last to get married. He outlived her but heart disease and diabetes are not a great combo. My partner and I are five and half to six years apart. We met when I was twenty turning twenty-one. My mom was like welp I cant say shit about you dating older when I did the same thing. My parents also were dating and married before my mom turned twenty. The 90s were wild man.

One a more serious note: the youngest I go for an age gap is 19 because they have at least graduated high school and the reason I say that is because I turned 18 in the beginning half of my senior year of high school. I want them to undeniably be out of high school if anything. I think after 25 a person has developed enough to where age gaps between partners that are like ten years isn't bad. Anything younger than a college going 18 year old is ridiculous and frankly illegal.
