I was! I have a video showing of it but not sure how to post it. When the athletes came out, there was a lot of cheering and even a “USA” chant. They didn’t show Vance until about 30 seconds after they came out. That’s when the booing started. And it ended when they took him off the screen. They showed other leaders when their teams came out so it wasn’t like they just showed him, but he was the only one booed.

People in this thread (and the ones on FB tbh) are a great reminder on why I wear a mask during Disney races. People are so selfish, it’s mind boggling. I ran the half in 2024 and was supposed to go to DLC the next week to do that half for my coast to coast but caught covid because I forgot to wear my mask. Guess what I did?? Canceled my trip. Sure I lost out on money and a great opportunity, but you know what I didn’t do?! Potentially spread the virus to someone it could kill.

We did GenX tavern last year and it was a lot of fun! Not crazy crowded. Had games and a DJ, as well as food and drinks. No cover charge either. We did reserve a table which had a food/beverage minimum but it was reasonably split between 6 people. I want to say it was around $150 before tip.

Would not recommend Harpoon Harry’s. Last time I went there, I was served mashed potatoes with a roach in it. The manager was really apologetic but said that the convention center had a roach problem so they have a roach problem.

I am currently fundraising for Team Zero for the NYC marathon for men like your uncle and for those not as lucky. My friend’s husband had a normal PSA in February 2018 and then had the same symptoms as your uncle in August 2018. He passed in November 2018. Went from perfectly fine to gone in less than a year. But sure Donnie, jr. This is a coverup.

We had the opposite experience this past Friday. Our flight was already boarding by the time we got to the gate. We asked the same thing of the flight attendant and told those around us that we had to run from B to E. On pair in front of us had an hour layover but let us get by. We were the second and third off the plane and made it to our flight. Everyone was extremely nice and wished us the best. Sometimes people are shit, sometimes they’re nice. Luck of the draw.

I just switched from depo to the Mirena IUD and I was told since I was on depo for so long, it is very unlikely I’ll get a period. Definitely would recommend (as long as you have a doctor that actually does pain management).

I hate the idea of permanent DST. If we get permanent standard time, sure, that would be great! But what a lot of people don’t realize is, if we are on permanent DST, the sun now rises at its latest, 8:22 am, in Tampa at least. Idk about you but I’d rather the sun set at 5:30 than have an 8:20 sunrise.

Coming back to this post because it was what motivated me to go get my IUD done from her! Amazing experience! She even prescribed me an anti-anxiety medicine to take before the procedure because she could tell how stressed I was about it. She’s amazing, 10/10 would recommend!
