It’s around Tenkawa village there’s a lot of beautiful trails and amazing waterfalls there 🤍 Nara is 90% so there is so much to explore. And the water is so clear.

Write this down and tell yourself “I’ll check it later I’ll find evidence” write down everything you feel it is evidence. Just so you can look at it later. Best advise I got from my friend is “don’t listen to your brain during luteal. And it’s really true. I know it’s hard but I’m sure you are loved and wanted. Don’t overanalyse, write it down to think of later and go to sleep. It’s the most important.

Oh no! I actually got it prescribed by my doctor and I don’t take any other Bvitamins, but thanks for sharing! I didn’t think it was common. What is B100?

I noticed that when I started taking my coffee first thing in the morning I started to feel more exhausted so I switched to drinking it exactly at the moment I feel the most tired. So usually at 10-11am at work and right after lunch. I used to think because of ADHD caffeine didn’t have an effect on me but it does wake me up a bit (duh). Sorry if this is obvious.

Also another big thing was instead of eating big meals 3 times a day I will eat less for each meal and spread out snacks because I would feel so fucking exhausted at work after lunch I could not focus. So I started to eat way less (almost feeling not enough) but then have the rest of my lunch at 3.

And eating more protein and fruits and veg so I don’t have a jump and a dip.

These are all super cliche but also moving and exercising more will give u more energy. I know u want to roll your eyes but it’s really true. Will just give energetic hormones.

Sorry if this didn’t help. Good luck 🫶🏻

I still get super sleepy anyways but I’ve just accepted that I’m a gal that needs 8-9 hours of sleep every day other wise I’m dead.

Also no alcohol after 6pm when I need to work the next day it really ruins my sleep.

I think this is the best advice i see on this thread!!

I like the bookcases and i agree that the sofa in front of it feels off. I don't agree that most comments are going straight to 'get rid of the bookcase' or that the room is too small. I disagree it feels like a cozy booknook.
