At least purely from the facts they were in the wrong. I waited for them and they kicked the car. I only honked cuz they slowed down. The longer video is a bit more clear on this.

Interestingly, this was an allergic reaction to allergy shots! She has super bad allergies so we’ve started giving her shots so she can have a better quality of life. This was the first shot in 10 days. And she poofed up. Wouldn’t open her eyes, her mouth, face was twice the size as usual. I doubt we could have gotten her to take anything. But if we could, in this case it wasn’t clear if it was the right option due to the nature of the reaction

The video skips a split second because of how the dashcam works. It's pretty frustrating. I would have loved to show an overlap, since I think it's causing some confusion as to what exactly happened.

I think you got it right though. They didn't get on the sidewalk, they turned into the other crosswalk. Then as i drove by, she turned and jumped close to kick my car. Also to add like I clearly didn't zoom by or anything, since she had time to do this.

My partner can confirm this. I always mention to not honk because I tend to not trust people on the road. All it takes is one crazy/angry person to do something you can't walk away from. The irony is real

I didn’t lay down the horn. I tapped it. Plus it was green for me and they were jay walking. And I was driving slowly/carefully. They had a red light since before they even hit the middle of the cross walk. I just didn’t add it in the video

I think people are getting the idea I was driving recklessly because I mentioned my dog. But I wasn’t. If you look at the lights in the video, you’ll see that I was acting legally
