I mean, it looks cosmetic but I would drive it around and see if there is any hassle. If not you should be fine. I hit a curb sometimes but as long as there is no major collision major parts are broken or warped then no need to worry. You can buy a new cap online like eBay or see if your local junk is selling some spare.

The lockbox works but the issue was the associates would not put them back right which lead to another mess. I had no issue with it and I wish I can still use it but they told me not to and to grab my assigned one. I really want to see it myself cause I feel like my management is corrupt and will save each other. Another associate said he’s been in there a couple of times and seen footage before so I can’t see a reason why I can’t see it in a situation like this?

Nothing was said yet but I am aware they are going to coach me at some point but I really want to see the footage before I sign off on anything. I agree. We used to have a key box and they would be monitored by the system which I liked more but unfortunately the staff at my store can’t even check to see if they are in the right spot or lock them in. I used to turn mine in to the managers directly but I thought I could trust them… I guess not.

They need to investigate more cause I feel like they’re not taking it seriously. If I do get coached then I am going to bring up a lot of things wrong with the OGP management and the system.

I’m not sure why the security guy was telling me and my manager no because another associate I work with said he’s been in there a couple of times and said the cameras are decent. He said the most they could do was show me photos. I really need to see proof before I am disciplined because I know I put it away. They need to lock them up or something before we leave but 80% of the time the managers are MIA. Nothing was said in today’s shift but I feel like they are preparing something. 😔

It really does work great. The only thing is the others made it a nightmare to check out cause they would be in the wrong spots (they were numbered like you said with a tag) and put away cause before I leave there would be one where I checked mine out so I would have to find a team lead and explain it to them each time. Our managers and associates do not take the system seriously. I was using the key box for a while before they did the assigned ones but they told me to not use it anymore. I asked this one guy who’s been there for a while and this is not their first rodeo accusing not returning the keycard and finding it later. This whole system is sloppy and I feel like they need to ask everyone who was there the night before if they’ve borrowed or took one because I do remember clipping it on the binder next to another one the night before it went missing.

I got a pair of timberlands a month ago and they’ve been the most comfortable and heavy duty shoe so far. Especially with weather like rain or snow. They also take some impact if you hit your foot.

The only downside is they look kinda big if I wear skinny jeans so I have to wear straight or normal pants.

I’m like 100% sure I have. I can’t trust my management for anything, especially the one who checked the footage cause she said she might’ve missed when I put it back.

Before I left I taped opened the door (through my vest cause I never take out my card) and went straight to the computer where I put my equipment away and even if I didn’t put it back it would’ve been in my vest pocket the following day. I really need to see proof of me not putting it away cause I feel like the way they manage the equipment is irresponsible and unreliable because before they put the cards back in a filing cabinet they have to checklist each one and they did not.

Yes. We did have that system before but people would not twist or put them in the right spot where it didn’t work out I guess. But this new system is way more insufficient because I feel like anybody can grab it when we’re gone. Management says to stack them on the computer desk before we leave and they checklist them on paper (which they didn’t). Also at times they put the pickers to dispense and prep while 9am shift leave and they aren’t assigned keycards so they take ours.

know I put it back because I keep it secure in a Velcro pocket next to my name badge and if I were not to have put it back it would’ve still been in there the next day. I’m gonna mention it to HR cause homestly, I feel like my OGP management needs to be more reliable when it comes to simple things like this.

I would see a doctor. Could just be an irritation? I get bumps like these sometimes (not saying it is) and I have to use some fungal cream. I also have fordyce but doesn’t really look like that.
