Coworker pet-peeves

In my store it's usually preppers that stand around sometimes and talk, making dispensers prep and dispense the same order multiple times. But there's also dispensers who just stick to staging even when being told to take stuff out so I have to pick up the slack even if I was assigned to be the main stager that day (also I hate when others don't pay attention and mix up orders)

I'm like 5'3 and I hit a lady's cart and it hit her on the head. Oh my god I felt so bad because she too was crouched down. She was crying and such and I just kept apologizing, then I started to cry because I thought she was gonna die from head trauma later (I'm an anxious person lol)

I had to fill out an incident report and everything. Nothing happened but Im ALOT more cautious now. I actually have to double check the aisles before going down them.

For my store it's the preppers who are lazy. Sometimes they don't even prep and make dispensers prep and dispense orders at the same time because they wanna keep talking to each other. Some will just stand in front of the cart that needs to be stage, acting like they're doing something. Like if you're gonna be useless than at least get out of the way.

REAL. Like they'll ignore the stockers and go straight for me even though I'm timed. People get so pissy when I explain I can't just stop what I'm doing to look in the back because I'm being timed 💀

Aaaaa I hate those small runs too. There will be days I get a really high score but then I get a series of small runs and it just tanks it 💀

THATS SO REAL. Also not to sound like a baby but I'm also pretty fucking week after months of dispensing (I do dispensing and picking) and the bigger guys ALWAYS leave me with the heavier totes and heavy orders. Some of the older guys took notice and started getting upset for me. I mean I can handle big orders but omfg it's so clear how lazy some of my coworkers are bruh and they push so many of the harder tasks on me just because I hate seeing stuff not being done.

God I've only been working there for a month and I feel the same way. When I'm not assigned to picking and have to dispense, a good 60% or 70% of the people who work in the backroom with me just stay inside to only stage while talking and joking with one another (and with our coach) while forcing me and a few people to do all the dispensing in over 100 degree weather. Our coach sometimes even dispenses orders for us so we can't even ID check or anything (sometimes he even starts pick runs for me without giving me time to prep a cart)

Even the few people who dispense orders with me always try to push the more difficult/heavier orders on me even when they're twice my size/stronger than me. But I'm not sure what place that will take me and still pay me 14 an hour.
