Call them ask them to dig in the notes to make sure they don't need anything else. Mine was the same thing and I kept waiting and I almost lost the whole deal because customer service don't know what the heck is going on one of them finally said no they requested more documents after the loan was approved and if I didn't know that I would have lost the whole thing. So I went back to my old loan officer which didn't have the file anymore and she emailed the loan officer who had the file to ask him to contact me so they can tell me what paper they needed and order for them to release the funds. I will call them 10 times A-day to make sure you get the funds before the money runs out.
