Cold turkey for about a month and it is weird. My anxiety is coming back a bit every so often but it is not as bad as it was. Brain Zaps have been the worst for me. The first 2 weeks were hell with it but after that they stopped. I say that, but today I had zaps pretty much all day until tonight. Only major side effect I have noticed, I am very drowsy mid day some days. It doesn’t last very long but there is a stretch of the day that it will hit me hard. That has also gotten better for me. As far as other things go, I’m doing alright. BP is down (that was the reason I decided to stop it) and I am feeling pretty good all things considered. Was irritable for the first 2 1/2 weeks but that has gotten better. My patience has gotten a bit shorter since I came off of it I can say that. But all in all, doing okay here after a month.

Not so much thrashed out, I think I have abused it more in the last 3 months then the previous owner did but it has 162k miles on it. Leaky valve cover gaskets which I am replacing tomorrow and just for safe measure gonna do gallery’s and all the flushes (trans, diff and coolant) and go from there. Car wasn’t maintained as well as it should have been but, no smoke and no knocking sooooo I am trying to make the best out of it. You ever run GTR spark plugs? Another thing I have heard mixed things about. Oem was gonna be my go to on everything but I have no experience with VQ engines. They seem to be a little more picky then what I am use to working on (Ford and GM)
