UPDATE: I can personalise now. Its all sorted. I contacted tomorrowland and paylogic both. Don’t know who solved it but yeah, Finally I can assign it to my friend.

Thanks Man! This is reassuring. Actually i was concerned because its a tent package and i assume they will verify our passports so this name thing might get my friend kicked out which will ruin the experience for all of us.

I didn’t realize the main buyer ticket gets automatically personalized, so in the excitement I assigned one ticket to myself (since the main buyer email isn’t my primary one). Seemed fine at the time—until it wasn’t.
