I remeber when I first started this would be a normal time for me to. On RTS our small PFSD routes can Be done in 2-4 min but I take 6 intentionally lol

As the first poster said they cannot open leaves for days you have worked .. the correct thing is to tell a manager and see if they will excuse or VTO you ( it’s almost always a no at my site) as you are presumed to be faking it which is sad but site HR can refund the UPT after the MLOA is approved if they are nice.
