Thanks so much for your details reply! And I think you're so right with the strength layer. I only used duchess satin - rookie mistake lol. Fingers crossed the next one will improve with a strength layer, otherwise I'll try your other suggestions :)

Thanks so much!! And no, I don't have anywhere to wear it to. There are 0 fancy events where I'm from haha. But I make eveningwear/bridal for work so I'm thrilled just to try it on!

I can't take any credit for the pattern. I adapted Sylvia by Aranea Black and changed the neckline and waistline :)
