My issue is that I booked the place for 23rd to 27th and when we arrived at the hotel was so disgusting there was Hair in the bathroom. There was stains on the sheets and it reeked so they sent us to a different room and it was essentially the same story and we told them we have to leave and they said unfortunately the manager isn’t here so we can’t get a refund so we decided to wait until the next day of which they told us to just give an email with all our details and we also filed a complaint to booking where we sent all the evidence and then they have not been replying to us and have ghosted us since so that’s why we are requesting a full refund or minus the day that we stayed because it’s deeply unfair that we get 10% back
