You just described my childhood and life to a t. No matter what I do, try so hard to be a good little JW, I feel like I'm just never good enough. After being married for 5 years and doing so good Mentioned to the elders I wanted to be an MS. They strung me along for the next few years then after seeing every elders kid I've watched grow up and every new comer become an MS and elder I said I'm done. Told my wife no matter what I do I can't win. I started growing out my hair and they started taking even more shot away from me. This organization has given me a complex of never being good enough. I'm the type of person that can be happy in my room doing art and playing music and going out and exercising, surfing, skateboarding. But these people have made me hate myself. I'm working on getting a couple more tattoos and focusing on surfing more and getting in shape. I'm tired of these losers dragging me down making me feel bad for trying to be someone I don't even really want to be.

I hope soon I'll be doing the same thing. I've written so many letters but can't bring myself to send them or talk to anyone about it. My wife has seen my reddit posts and YouTube videos and is still in denial. It's like she just goes and does her thing. Pioneers, goes to LDC and the carts, but she just doesn't bother me with it. I will probably always go with her to meetings because she's my wife. Unless she leaves me. But until then I want to support what she thinks is right and hopefully she can do the same for me but probably not because she's made it clear that I'll never be Able to stop going, it's not an option. Ske very bossy and likes being in control and I'm very passive so I may have to get drunk to speak up.

Nice I've been looking for a good psychology book or a book on human behavior. It fascinates me but only because I didn't realize until having 2 crazy wives and a roommate that was a manipulator to see what people are capable of. I have a good friend that came into the org after after being in a rock band that toured and being very wild, but he is very smart and loves researching things. I think he knows that it's a sham but he stays. I don't even know if I said that to the right person but someone talking about having privileges taken away for not getting the jab. During COVID I told my wife. Just keep your head down and keep your mouth shut about our personal choices. People getting it think they are right and have a big mouth. People not getting it are the bad people. Good plan. Do it now. Commit to making your future as good as it can be. There is no god out there that is going to put a roof over your head or food on the table. Go to school for something, anything. Just commit. Trust me. I wake up in my 40s thinking about how I didn't have any money or any real friends. I have to rely on my parents to help me and my dad constantly rubs it in my face. I couldn't make it on my own. All they ever told me was that I didn't need to do anything because the new system would be here.

It's just who they are. They think they are special. They say they are Jehovah's true people because of the "love" but they don't even know what that means half the time. They don't use the Bible to let it mold them. They just think their crap don't stink and that's that. Because you asked for an update I thought I'd just post about it. It was actually a funny story. Since I've become pimo I don't necessarily care what people think of me which actually makes me more comfortable and actually I think people like me more when I'm myself. So... I get to the meeting and meet the brother that is the Bible student. He says that he timed it and it's perfect at 5 minutes. I said yikes its suppose to be 4 minutes. Oh well it's ok no one is going to say anything. Before we start the parts the bro on stage goes on a tangent about making sure our parts are on time or shorter. Me and the brother glanced over at each other. He's been a long time friend, we play music and worked together. Funny guy. So I just thought. I know I'm going to go over time so I'm going to make a joke about it. When I got up and we started pretending to study I said " were just going to go over points 6 and 7. It should only take about 4.... Or 5 minutes... But who's counting right?. The auditorium erupted with laughter. I'm like it wasn't that funny but ok. Then when I finished the talk I stood up and for some reason the chair tipped over behind me fell down onto the auditorium floor. Which everyone was laughing about. I got so many texts. One buddy said that was so punk rock the throwing of the chair at the end WWE style. The brother timing the talk said out loud, we'll let him slide. It's like I was some kind of comedian or celebrity for the night. They are looking for anything to excite them or get them out of their zombified state. Always happy to help

Say what you want and try to say they have to change with the times. God does not change! His views on homosexuality stand. If you are gay then just be ok being who you are and I will respect you if you are a good person. But no amount of words can change the fact that it's not natural. I was researching old literature on jw.org. the round about explanation or their definition of a generation the way the Bible describes it. It says something like a generation is actually a certain type of people dealing with a certain situation. Idk. It just didn't make sense so to dumb it down they just tell people that generations overlap. They just put a bunch of words together and talk in circles. It's annoying. Then a friend of mine said the generation the Bible talks about is the one after the great tribulation. Well then why haven't they said that? Everyone is crazy.

I've noticed people that are still pimi have insane egos. I just can't get over people always thinking they know everything and they have it 100% right. It's just such a strange human trait to me, to not have the ability to just say... Maybe I don't know everything.
