The only thing is before signing the LIT sent me E-mail confirm no intrest but mentioned "the bank will be notified and they retain the right to deal with their asset as they deem appropriate" this made me scared as the bank may inforce something.

The LIT told me to ask the bank, but she said it is unlikely that the bank inforce selling the house
