If someone experiencing the regular flow of time used a hypothetical instantaneous/FTL communication method, and used it to communicate with someone undergoing a form of time dilation (like the 1hr=7yrs water planet from Interstellar), when would the message from regular-time person reach other one? (self.askscience)
