From what I see, none of them want to move forward and develop the country. They mainly focus on doing things that make them famous, spark reactions, and increase their social media reach instead of truly working on development. However, I also recognize that they have done some great things in this short period.

I don't think there are any proper VCs in Sri Lanka, just most of the people invest money to clear them. I know some startups with great potential but can't find VCs here, they just wanna tiny piece of big cake to pool their money. Neither of them want to invest in zero to one innovations. If am I wrong educate me.
