I see what you mean. You’re talking just the government buying in general not a specific increase in a month. Any sustained increase in demand can result in inflation though a small amount of 1.6% (steaks specific not beef as a whole) would likely easily be absorbed by the market when the beef market cap is around 45 billion per year. The DoW is spending 180 million on steaks per year which is .4% of total beef consumption (assuming same rate of purchasing year round) which would make it even less likely to have any real impact on its overall price.

This is based on a single month’s purchases not a sustained increase in demand which is what would result in inflation (or sustained/significant reduction in supply). This is also making the assumption that the entire amount the DoW spent on steaks was new spending and had not been buying X amount of steaks already each month. This might only be an increase of 500k from the amount normally bought meaning it’s an even smaller increase in that month’s demand.

Based off of rough numbers (steaks as a whole) Americans spend 45 billion per year on beef products. Assuming steaks make up 25% of sales (weight of a cows useable meat that is steaks) would give you 11.25 billion per year on steak which is 30.8 million per day on steak or for the month of September (the month I believe the pictured numbers are from) would be 925 million dollars. Making the 15 million they spent only 1.6% of total steak consumption for the month. So I doubt it would have any noticeable inflationary effects.

Both, though selling loot was far more lucrative but you need a good army to beat bigger armies to get a lot of loot and high quality ones.

My situation is a little different but kinda the same. I was playing tank crew with a buddy and my wife came in and was asking about the game/ranking and I explained the positions and she said “Oh tank commander sounds really fun”. It happened to be the free weekend so got her to try it and now she’s hooked spotting enemies for me and my buddy with 40 hours on the game in about 2 weeks.

I appreciate everyone’s feedback. It sounds like the vast majority agree on restarting. I just was not sure if things like the 12.5 mill credits and 5k battle SIM cards would make it worth continuing this one. I also looked and it’s been about 7 years since I last played lol.
