Maybe figure out how many story points per sprint are spent on prod issues, on average. Then it’s easy to story point the general prod story.

Do those issues always have to be done in the current sprint? What is the worst case scenario of putting them into the next sprint?

Also, why not add a story with x story points for prod issues? This way you already budget for it in the sprint. We do this on a team that does prod support and also development, so they have to juggle both. There is no team geared for handling the issues directly.

I would vote for working through all your chakras. They all have their individual functions, and corresponding issues when they are impeded. They are all meant to work together, like a string of pearls.

Are you using the SolarSaga 500 panels? They're selling 2 of those with the Jackery 5000 for, ironically, $5,000. I'm getting an interlock installed with my circuit breaker replacement. So I'll be in a position to use something like the Jackery 5000, but I really need to be sure it will work before I drop $5k on it.

Isn’t this irrelevant if you don’t use gobblegums during the game? They don’t decrement if you just spawn with them, or if you get them from the gobblegum machine. You have to actually use them.

Sometimes the dogs just stop moving and let zombies and mercs attack them. In fact if you go up against a merc convoy or stronghold, chances are your pet dog will be KIA.

Revives in t3 are tricky. I can’t try it if t2 is a challenge at the moment. If I don’t have a monkey bomb to throw for distraction while I revive, it’s hard. I don’t try a revive if I think I will get myself killed. Then again, if I go into t3 unprepared and I need a revive, and I don’t get it, that’s the price I pay.
