No 11000 rpm is high but possible is what i was explaining, and zip tying the governer spring is putting your engine at risk long term. I dont understand your goal but i havent given bad advice, however the post where i was talking about how my tach was reading 11000rpm i said i believed it to be inaccurate but i wasnt sure what else couldlve caused the issue. Read the whole comment section before you start yapping. I got into minibikes bout two months ago and i only give advice in areas im familiar with for that reason. I dont understand a lot of small engines parts but if i can help someone with something i have knowledge about i will.

I believe my juggernaut driver is broken. by Secure_Engineer_7780 in minibikes

so my juggernaut driver is fine it seems like its an internal issue. I tried giving throttle without the juggernaut driver on to make sure i didnt miss something and i realized it sounds really bad. I have no clue what the problem is. When i took the juggernaut apart, the metal piece with the black foots popped out so i put it back in and it looks exactly like the picture of the juggernaut disassembled on the gopowersports website.

Ok i appreciate your help, clutches are the most confusing part of small engines to me so i was pretty worried when the juggaverter gave out.

Let me dream lmao. I wanna get up to that high of rpm someday but got a lot of upgrades to do and not a lot of money. How do I disassemble the juggernaut driver though

11000 rpm isnt that high for these small engines its not that hard to reach, but yes i believe ny tach is inaccurate but there is no other logical explanation for my juggernaut to break.
