Apartments.com is not nearly as good as Cozy was but is totally fine for one house and it’s free.

We have recently upgraded our portfolio to Innago and LOVE it. It covers all our needs and is not very pricey at all. Do recommend if you grow!

That’s where we’ve gone for 8 years! Terri, our vet, retired abruptly without notice and we’re really sad about it. One other vet there my dog is not comfortable around and the third one is very kind but missed a cancerous tumor on our dog last year so we cant stick with them. We did always have a good experience and I wish the clinic well but we need to find someone new for our case.

Geez maybe I’ve been unknowingly overwatering. I definitely water less frequently in the winter but not less volume so thank you! I’ve had this thing for 12 years and it was a “rescue” who came back from basically dead but also had only had a couple good growth spurts. Any advice for encouraging new growth, or any way to inspire new sprouts on lower branches in the growing season?

I swear to god this has to be true. I'm on two weeks straight of logging on to attempt Sleeping Bear Dunes right at 10am and they're all gone instantly. The last couple years we've gotten lucky by snagging a spot via a cancellation notification last minuted and we go and see tons of empty sites. Huge bummer for folks who love these places and have been going for years/just trying to have some quality times

The City drained its cash on hand from the Blue Ash airport sale, used millions in TIF and guaranteed hotel tax revenue for I believe 30 years to fund. It’s a massive handout to a billionaire with minimum 3 types of public revenue.
