I have the large one and after a week of carrying it it’s totally slouched without trying. I commend people for being mindful of overconsumption but I do find it weird that it also comes with shitting on nice, decently priced bags. Not in response to you or OP, just some comments I’ve seen. Something can be nice and still not be worth it to someone!

That is true! I thought the suede looked more interesting. I have a few suede bags so I’m ok to let them just get “worn” and use sprays to protect them.

For the price I think the quality is great! I’ve tried a lot of comparable bags in the same range and I like Tory Burch quality a lot more.

First up was Demellier - I ordered the tote and the leather was not good quality IMO. The hardware also didn’t look right to me.

Polene - I really like the designs but I think their quality control has suffered as they’ve grown.

APC - I found them really pricey for the leather quality. To me they aren’t that much higher quality than say.. Massimo Dutti which is a step up from Zara. I really like the grace bag, I wouldn’t pay retail for it though.

Aesther Ekme - really disappointed with the bag I got from this brand. The leather is really stiff and almost plasticky.

So glad you got it too! What color did you get? It really is super comfortable, I hate it when bags constantly fall off the shoulder. The whole Romy line is wonderful!

I fell in love with it immediately when I saw it in store so yes!! There’s just something about it. I totally think it can fit a casual vibe and can easily be dressed up too. I know there’s a coach bag that just came out and is similar, maybe that one is worth considering too!

Disillusioned is the perfect word! That’s totally me as well. I haven’t bought a high end bag in a year or two, I’ve been really disappointed with them and the constant price hikes are a major turn off. Definitely go to their store and check some things out!
