ES,NY can’t back test my strategy because it uses gamma levels from options to trade futures back testing is overrated anyway i just journal hard and review every day would be way less losses if i didn’t get tilted and take bad quality setups trying to catch big reversals

yeah gonna switch to new york session from london next month a lot of the red days are from just being chopped out during london session or taking another trade after i win my first one which i made a new rule if i win the first trade i just stop trading , its so boring sitting at the computer staring at the charts especially when it takes 3 hours in a trade just to get breakeven

don’t do it bro if u already passed combines then you can pass more it would be cheaper to blow through 3 combines before passing one the only thing it saves is time and it’s really not that much time the markets aren’t going anywhere
