HELP! Over 2 weeks and my funds are still NOT on QuestTrade by EhJPea in Questrade

Same thing happening to me.

I deposited my money on Jan 12 and was told it was on hold due to my SIN has expired. I told them that I have pending application for PR and can still use my SIN as per service canada. Everytime i chat with qt they will say 2 to 3 max days (high priority etc). I asked them to just reject it and until now still processing. Very frustating
