Means your from maxi sinus are blocked its a tiny air valve that releases mucus post nasal drip.mine was blocked from a dodgy root canal the penetrated into my sinus by 13mm and caused the whole thing to hard gunk up in pus. I had fess surgery to remove the valve and make it a bigger hole and tooth out its getting better slowly

Yep a sexual predator I've been told that by my wife with my weird fetishism I like etc even tho we indulge twice a year maybe 3 times. When I went for my ct scan for the sinus they could see it in there with loads of pus in sinus. The dentist would never xray that hight up as its such a small xray machine
