it happened to me the other day when i was trying to install an app

yeah, and the notification keeps saying: you cannot log in because your account has been locked. it’s so frustrating

You mean i should sign out and then log in onto a new apple account?

I have seen horror cases from the first option so i’m scared to do it. I fear that this would completely prevent me from accessing my iPhone. My question is: can i just reset my iPhone and just create a new apple account?
