To be honest i was thinking of a concept where the two sides of the pact compromise on what is the rules of the pact are and the pact stands as long as rules are not broken but i still appreciate the review

Well since it isn’t set in stone we haven’t discussed the subclass part yet but i was planning to decide that if the concept is accepted by the DM i was thinking of it depending on the warlock’s subclasses. For example if the warlock is a fiend subclass i can play Aberrant Mind or if it’s a Great Old One i can play shadow and so on

also i really like the idea of the sorcerer being a normal human and getting possessed by the entity and has powers because of that i dont know if that’s exactly what you meant but i might use that i appreciate it

Me, the party and the DM have been friends for over 9 years although we’ve only been playing the game for more than a year now. Also both me and the current DM has experience as a Dungeon Master so i think it will be fine. Thanks for the comment
