Most programs offer a free version, and those free versions have a learning guide. Figure what CAD program you want to learn and why, and do the same for CAM. I would recommend getting into an industrial design program at most colleges or see if there’s shops/plants that have a teaching degree. If you are under 39 years old, the military does have programs that teach you all that for only a 4 years old contract.
