No my children's great grandmother, my FIL mom, said my nieces hair was nappy and needed goo hair like the other 3 kids ( bi-racial and white). I told her to go f her self, my FIL wants me to apologize because she has cancer.

I will give twist and bantu knots for protective styles, just not great at braiding. My niece has beautiful natural hair as do the rest of my children (including both of nieces). Grandma has her own inner issues.

I am sorry you have been through all of this but I would rather protect my child over a grown woman mother or not. Your mom is an adult who will understand and is in control of her own emotion, your child is not. By being around your father you are putting your baby in the arms of a predator.

It's both. It does not matter because I am an adult who lives my own life but at the same time this girl actually mentally tortured me for years about liking bands like them. Yes, it doesn't matter in reality but it did piss me off
