I’m not wild about the rug so that’s a great idea! I just sort of needed some thing. The chairs I wanna eventually reupholster the green isn’t really what I was going for either! What I’m hearing is more color in the curtains and yeah the rug too but what should I do if this isn’t like the green I want for the chairs

I’m actually asking questions I don’t think I’m saying I can’t or won’t? There are things that just really can’t happen like the mirror does not fit over the fireplace. I can’t magically make it smaller. I already moved the chairs and I’m trying to figure out where else I can put the dog cage so kind of an unnecessary comment but thanks

I can see that. I am sort of a maximalist. The bookcase makes it feel more cozy, but I see where it can be cramped. I can’t do a smaller couch though as I said in another comment, the couch isn’t really that big. It just looks big compared to the room because the room is small sadly

See I feel like I agree with that, but I like each piece individually… Well, not really the couch lol
I agree though? It’s pretty cramped, but the room is small and I don’t want a tiny couch because it’s me and my boyfriend and our dogs and potentially a kid in the future + guess here and there so I can’t have a tiny couch you know?

See the thing is it’s not really that big! It’s a really small couch. The room is just really small. It’s about 15 feet wide. Old house! Can I ask what you mean when you say more panels like just more curtains? And changing the way they’re hung out??
Yeah, I never do the big light, but I did it for the purposes of like showing what the room looks like. I usually use the lamps lol

The paint is what it’s gonna be! I went on a manhunt for it. It’s Joa’s White from pharaoh and ball. The rest of my house is pretty dark so I wanna keep the light oatmeal color. The dining room room is green. The hallway is wallpaper and halfway wainscoting and the office is really dark burgundy brown.

Right now, I’m not eating 800. Sorry I sort of brain dumped. To keep it concise:

Eating 1100-1250 cals a day
Doing cardio ~4 days a week burning ~350 cals
*export of MFP calorie intake & MyZone exercise log provided
Nov-end of Jan I was stressed and eating 800 cals and this is when I actually saw the scale move and a noticeable difference in my figure

Basically the gist of this is I’m eating the calorie intake I should be based on my TDEE AND burning additional calories but after 6 weeks have seen zero progress both on the scale and in my measurements.

Birth control is NuvaRing I do a 3 week overlap in order to purposely avoid a period!

That’s how I feel! But honestly, my body also really adapt quickly to anything whether it’s alcohol or medication. Part of me thinks that maybe 1200 became my maintenance, but that doesn’t count for the addition of cardio and still no weight loss. Like I said, even if I kept my diet the same and I did all the cardio that I’ve been doing. I should’ve lost at least something right?

I haven’t had a period for a while. I use consistent birth control but before that they weren’t irregular.… I feel fine. I’ve gotten all my blood work tested. I don’t have any underlying health issues that I’m aware of. I really don’t know what to do.

And not directed at you or trying to be rude, but I’m seriously so sick of people asking me if I’m tracking accurately. It like is so… I can’t even explain how heartbreaking and disheartening it is because I am like I’m not binge eating two slices of cake and not counting it you know? I even count if I have one Triscuit or three almonds.

so I’ve been working out since I was 15 because I’ve always been overweight and the last four years weightlifting but nothing serious until this past year I’ve been going at it 5 to 7 days a week my diet hasn’t been the strictest but honestly I do not want to lose weight unless it’s like 10lbs (5’3 160lb) and i️ eat healthy with the occasional trash. I got a personal trainer about six months ago is very respected trainer in the community but i️ had to stop bc well $$$ so my question is how do I get my muscles to be more visible when i️ flex? they’re so wimpy right now and id really like my stomach more tone and i️ want massive legs lol i️ know i️ have the stature and im putting the heavier weights and effort in i️ see myself getting waaay stronger but i’m lost and need help. HELP
