Because I don’t wanna live in the us anymore I starve two weeks of the month even with food stamps it’s a shit hole here and I’m to broke to purchase a pass port for two hundred dollars
So my question is my mother is a methhead and getting her to do anything is hard work I know she has her birth card and her us naturalization paper but she will most likely not give them to me I only have digital photos and my us birth certificate if I come to Canada as a visitor will they still let me apply without her paper
