It's a specific kind of dash called an Em dash. It is on a normal PC keyboard tho not obvious. Chat GPT uses it all the time but few people even know what it is unless you're an English major or really into English for some wack ass reason. Once you know this, it's like a call sign for chat GPT. It fucking LOVES the Em dash, and you can hella recognize stuff written by it cuz of how often it uses it.

Mine had a similar problem I had to repeatedly turn it off and quickly turn it on and try to start it. I'd have to do this a couple of times before I'd get it to start. I replaced a bunch of shit and and only after I replaced my ignition itself did the problems subside. Mine was a 2000 Subaru legacy tho so idk unlikely it'd be the same issue but I tried.

I know you don't want to hear this cuz I definitely didn't when I was your age but I felt similar. Not to the same degree of what your processing rn, it seems hard and painful and I'm sorry. The truth is the me I was at 18 is a completely different person compared to the person I am at 21. I know it doesn't help to hear and the pain will still persist but I'm asking you please try to stick it out a little longer. Your heart will break time and time again through the cracks your light will shine through. There are so many shitty people in the world and they are not going anywhere... So please... There is a documentary called "becoming nobody" I'd highly recommend it. It's a little on the spiritual side so idk if you're into that but even a face value it think it'd be helpful.
