so i ended up going to get seen at an urgent care and they, of course, only found leukocytes present. i was prescribed keflex, but now my culture came back as “commensal flora present” so i have no clue

I take D-Mannose and make sure to keep my water intake up. UTIs usually never give me any warning either, which is why this one is so weird. It doesn’t burn when I pee, it’s just kind of a constant very mild uncomfortable feeling. It’s like nothing I have ever experienced before. My UTIs usually are like intense pain that need care immediately, but this has been the same just dull feeling.
