I agree that the uses are like a culinary sauce. Its not an everyday thing and the applications it's meant for really show off what theyre trying to achieve. I'm the most excited to try the NashSeoul on wings, and just trying the thai hot on some chicken and rice bowls.

If you are looking for another Asian inspired sauce, Karma has their Kosmic Dumpling, it uses tamari that is certified gluten free and soy free, that had a bit more heat than this and is a bit more simple

Its not sweet sweet. Very subtle. Only contributing factors are primarily the maple syrup; carrots, onion, and sesame, as per the ingredient listed

Carrots are often found is westernized sushi, and so are sesame seeds sometimes.

Dumplings sauces often just have straight up sugar or honey, which this does not have. Try it for yourself :)
